Don’t forget: The next Coins, Stamps & Collectibles Show is on Saturday, February 4th at the Nikkei Centre. Show starts at 9:30 and ends at 3:30 pm.

The next North Shore Numismatic Society’s meeting is on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023. It will be held at the Bonsor 55+ Senior Centre, 6533 Nelson Avenue in Burnaby and we will be meeting in the Multipurpose Room upstairs. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. It is open to both members and non-members, so everyone is welcome.

Show and Tell – Please bring items to share and discuss at the meeting.

Announcements – At this meeting, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting and Elections. The following  positions and incumbents are up for election in 2023:

Director – Owen Wright

All the above incumbents have agreed to run for re-election and I would like to thank the other executive members for their continued service to this club.

As your Treasurer, I will also be presenting the 2022 Financial Statements at this meeting.

Program: I will present a PowerPoint on “Guess The Country – Quiz #20”. I will ask you 20 questions about a coin or banknote with multiple choice answers. All you have to do is pick (or guess) the right answer. Pencil and paper (remember those?) will be provided.

Please bring your floor submissions for the auction and bring SMALL bills and change to facilitate your purchases. Due to time constraints, please limit your submissions to five items.
