Hi everyone,
The next North Shore Numismatic Society’s meeting is on Tuesday, March 14th, 2023. It will be held at the Bonsor 55+ Senior Centre, 6533 Nelson Avenue in Burnaby and we will be meeting in the Multipurpose Room upstairs. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. It is open to both members and non-members, so everyone is welcome.
Show and Tell – Please bring items to share and discuss at the meeting.
Announcements – Please share any hobby-related announcements, e.g. future shows, club meetings, etc.
Program: I will present a PowerPoint on “Ships and Boats on Canadian Woods”. This program covers seagoing vessels printed on wooden tokens. It was prepared by Norman Belsten in 2015 and shared through the Ontario Numismatic Association. We thank him for creating this program and making it available to the numismatic community.
