Hi everyone,
Welcome back to our first in-person meeting for 2 ½ years.
This is a reminder that the next North Shore Numismatic Society’s meeting is this coming Tuesday, September 13th. (Meetings are now on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.) It will be held at the Bonsor Recreation Centre, 6550 Bonsor Avenue in Burnaby and we will be meeting in Multipurpose Room #2 in the Main Building, not the Senior Centre. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. It is open to both members and non-members, so everyone is welcome. Regretfully, we considered but decided against having a Zoom component.

Program: I will present a PowerPoint on “Banknotes of Former Nations and Territories”. The presentation covers the history of former nations and territories with a sample of a banknote issued for the entity.
