Due to the ongoing pandemic, we again cannot hold a physical Xmas meeting this December, so we are getting together on Zoom.
The North Shore Numismatic Society’s Christmas Zoom meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 at 7 p.m. Pacific Time. I will sign in at 6:30 pm to allow time for participants to sign in. The meeting is open to members and non-members, so everyone is welcome.

Program: We will have a short PowerPoint Quiz on coins and banknotes consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions. All you need is a pen and paper to record your answers.

Before the Pandora’s Box Draw, there will also be four separate draws to win a 1 oz. 2021 Silver Maple Leafs. Winners of the Silver Maple Leafs are still eligible for the Pandora’s Box Draw.
As in the past, only paid-up members of the club are eligible to participate in the draws. You must sign onto the December Zoom meeting to participate and be present at the end the draws to win.
Our Vice-President, Gene Simms, will record the names of all paid-up members that sign into the Zoom meeting on individual slips of paper and put them in a hat. Please note that husband and wife memberships are entitled to only one name in the hat. A member of his family will conduct the draw. During the course of the draw, you DO NOT want your name to be drawn. If it is drawn, you are disqualified from winning the Box. The name on the last surviving undrawn slip wins the entire contents of the Box. Having won the Box twice in the past, I can tell you that it is a nice haul of numismatic items.
