Hi everyone,
The next North Shore Numismatic Society’s meeting is on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023. It will be held at the Bonsor 55+ Senior Centre, 6533 Nelson Avenue in Burnaby and we will be meeting in the Multipurpose Room upstairs. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. It is open to both members and non-members, so everyone is welcome.
Show and Tell – Please bring items to share and discuss at the meeting.
Announcements – Please share any hobby-related announcements, e.g. future shows, club meetings, etc. Thank you to the following individuals for volunteering at the last meeting: Egan Wong as auctioneer, Peter Rubben for selling the 50/50 tickets, Gord Smith for selling the Door Draw Tickets, and Michael Wilson for being the runner during the auction.
Program: Instead of a PowerPoint program, we are going to have a Bourse Night. We all have items in our collection that no longer fit our collecting interest. Here is an opportunity to put a price on them, sell them and use the proceeds to acquire other items.
Please bring your floor submissions for the auction and bring SMALL bills and change to facilitate your purchases. We will also have our 50/50 draw. Due to time constraints, please limit your submissions to five items.
