NS Numismatic Society Meeting is this coming Tuesday, October 16th

Hi everyone,
The next North Shore Numismatic Society Meeting is this coming Tuesday, October 16th. The meeting is held in the Multipurpose Room in the Bonsor 55+ Senior Centre in Burnaby. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting start at 7:00 pm. The meeting is open to both members and non-members, so everyone is welcome.

Program: Michael Souza will present a PowerPoint prepared by the London Numismatic Society entitled “Canadian Coin Savings Banks”. The presentation will deal with some savings banks issued by Canadian chartered banks and other financial institutions. Thank you to the London Numismatic Society for creating and sharing this program.

Norm Williams’s wife, Silja, has donated three boxes of numismatic books to the club and Michael will be bringing these books to the meeting. They are free so please take anything you can use. They are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please don’t forget to bring your floor submissions for the auction and bring small change to facilitate your purchases.
